Greater Goods Dual-Head Stethoscope Features a Classic Design for Routine Physicals Assessing Basic Heart and Lung Examinations
If you are in a health care position and need to do routine examinations on the heart and lungs, this Greater Goods stethoscope is is a well-made stethoscope exactly like the Amazon description says.
Like all stethoscopes, this one sort of pinches into your ears a bit uncomfortably, but this one features a diaphragm you can tune to allow you to hear a full range of frequencies. The rim is also non-chill rim, so it is more comfortable for patients during an examination.
The latex-free tubing is sturdy as is the rest of the stethoscope which is well made and well designed. Bonus: it comes with a replacement pair of eartips and an extra diaphragm.
This is a solid choice for a stethoscope for doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers and for home use. The Greater Goods Dual-Head Stethoscope is a good value for your money.
Pfizer tells people if you got their shot, you will need a THIRD vaccination within 12 months. Then annual shots.
During an event with CVS Health, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla told CNBC's Bertha Coombs people will 'likely' need a third dose of a Covid-19 vaccine within 12 months of getting the first two vaccinations.
“It is extremely important to suppress the pool of people that can be susceptible to the virus,” Bourla said. Read the article at: Pfizer CEO says third Covid vaccine dose likely needed within 12 months.

Research done by Worldometer indicates that 1.4% of unvaccinated people infected with SARS-CoV-2 die, while 98.6% recover.

Because of its luster, the shungite pendent is reflecting the brown shirt. The stone is actually black. |
Shungite is a hard form of carbon. Dark black in color, it is a mineraloid that is often lustrous and quite attractive as jewelry as shown in the photo above. Besides its appearance, there is much speculation that shungite possesses interesting health properties. However, there are not enough scientific studies to back most of these claims up.
According to Wikipedia, Shungite has been used as a folk medical treatment since the early 18th century. Peter the Great built Russia's first spa in Karelia to use the water purifying properties shungite was believed to possess, and which he had experienced himself.
More research has indicated that while shungite does have good absorption properties towards heavy metals and some organic compounds, and it also has anti-bacterial properties, shungite also releases various chemical elements including heavy metals like nickel, copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, chromium and arsenic into the water.
Other health claims about shungite include the theory it may work as EMF protection. In fact, shungite pyramids are sold to place near appliances and cell phone that emit EMF radiation. There exists an old
It is also interesting to note that shungite contains small amount of fullerenes, which are closed or partially closed mesh shapes of various sizes. Many people believe it is the fullerenes which give shungite some of the unique properties that some believe it has.
Whatever the truth about the possible health benefits of shungite, it makes a pretty pendent that will go nicely with black pearls.

Laptop Stand for Desk Exceeds Expectation
This little laptop stand is almost perfect. It collapses down to a small, portable size that is lightweight and easy to carry. It is already fully assembled. You simply raise one side and then raise the other to whatever height and tilt you want. I was able to use it with a 15" HP laptop without much trouble.
The only issue I ran into was my laptop is an older model and probably heavier than newer models. In any case, I had to keep my laptop tilted down at an angle. If I raised the riser closer to a flat setting. the stand tipped over backwards. This is not a big problem for me, since the angle that supports my laptop is a good angle for me.
If you are wanting to eat healthier food, but the prospect of changing your diet is just too daunting, here are some tips on how to make the transition to a healthier diet.
Although we need food to survive, and it's essential for bonding with others and keeping ourselves happy, many of us are on diets that aren't good for us. Whether we overeat and are unhappy because of the resulting body changes or we undereat from stress, our bodies are showing it: these changes aren't healthy.
Unfortunately, many people think that the best way to change is to do it 'cold turkey.' This approach can shock the system, forcing us into survival mode and killing our metabolism or overwhelming us mentally to the point that we quit because we're overwhelmed.
The best changes are gradual.
Here’s how to transition into a healthier diet without overwhelming your body or mind.
Start With Liquid Changes
Many people don't get enough water in their diets or take in calories in drinks. The liquid isn't as filling as solid food, so many refer to this as 'empty calories' since you gain only calories instead of sustenance. Although some drinks can be a good source of calcium or vitamin C, you could still gain these if you ate fruit instead, plus it would leave you fuller for longer.
Try to phase soda out of your diet and replace it with either flavored water or plain water if possible. Adding ice and a squeeze of a lime wedge can make it easier to take down.
Move To Change One Meal A DayDon't cut all terrible food at once. If you have an unhealthy eating style, the chances are that it's been going on for a long while. Change one meal every day to start with, so you can acclimate to the new diet. This could mean switching out skipping breakfast or eating an unhealthy breakfast to eat overnight oats with fruit and honey. Or, you could go for vegetarian lunches so that you can get in more greens and healthy foods during the day. You might have to break with this sometimes, like having to eat out while you look at real estate in Toronto, but when those times come, you should still try to be conscious of what you're taking in.
Shift Over To A Most-Meals Change
A most-meals change is a diet that doesn’t hold you back from still enjoying things you like. You shouldn’t dedicate an entire day to 'cheat' food every week, but you should always occasionally want the things that make you happy. This plan could mean that you have a really carby chicken alfredo once a week if it makes you happy, or even sneaking in one or two small chocolates or candy every couple of days. You have to hold yourself accountable for this, but it's good to keep the little things you enjoy. If you cut everything off, you'll be miserable and quit more easily.
Be patient with yourself as you make these changes. No life change is easy, so it’s okay to have growing pains and fall off the wagon here or there. As long as you get back into it and don’t give up, things will work out in the long run.
Sitara Collections may not be a household name, but that may be about to change. The collection features handmade gemstone jewelry in attractive, versatile designs.
With St. Patrick's Day fast approaching, I ordered a pair of Sitara's gold Celtic Knot earrings. These Celtic Flower Knot Earrings will make a great accent to any outfit, but will be especially fetching for St. Paddy's Day. They are also appropriate for everyday wear or going to the Ren fair.
These gorgeous earrings are made from gold-plated, nickel-free brass and are an interesting mashup of Indian and Celtic design. I have issues with nickel and with heavy earrings, but I found these to be lighter than they look and was pleased to discover they truly are nickel free for my sensitive ears.
The only thing I took issue with was the curve of the ear wire which curved outward. I easily reshaped it into a more gentle, straighter curve which I prefer. In the photo, the earring on the left has the outward curve to the wire, while the earring on the right has been straightened.
With a simple yet elegant design, these gold earrings are sure to suit any attire, day or night, and they are sure to be a hit for Saint Patrick's Day.
CELTIC KNOT EARRINGS DETAILS:
In addition to the lovely Celtic design, I took advantage of an offer to get a free pair of Sanchali silk earrings. With a dramatic, multi-hued design and oversized shape, these striking earrings are the only finishing touches you will need for any outfit.
SANCHALI SILK EARRINGS DETAILS:
Sitara Collections customer service was great and delivery was super fast. Both pairs of earrings and many other beautiful styles are available at: https://SitaraCollections.com. Part of the proceeds benefit a school in India.
Sitara Collection Review: I give the Sitara Collection 5 stars for the Celtic Knot Earrings for being nickel free, attractive, and light weight. *****
As a health writer, I continue to hear troubling stories about adverse effects from COVID-19 vaccinations. At first I didn't repost them, thinking they must not be true, but as time has passed, I have seen more and more evidence that these new vaccinations for the Coronavirus pandemic are untested. WE are the first test subjects. And the vaccine makers are not liable if anything goes wrong with their vaccinations during this health crisis.
This article will include two videos from nurses as well as other information on the troubling side effects of these new novel coronavirus vaccinations.
According to Mercola, a troubling number of neurological issues have been reported after people get both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccinations. These include tremors and convulsions as seen in a couple of the videos below.
I know a nurse in Oklahoma City who is not getting vaccinated. Her husband, also a nurse, has taken the vaccine with no bad side effects... so far. There is some concern that side effects may not show up until later. Some doctors and medical professionals are worried that these newer vaccines that use RNA can have effects later down the line.
Here are two videos from nurses giving their perspective:
Here's why a nurse in Palm Beach County says she won't get vaccinated: Palm Beach County nurse says she will 'absolutely not' get coronavirus vaccine.
" As a nurse, I strongly believe in vaccines," Krisiti says. This is her experience with the Moderna vaccine: Registered Nurse Kristi Simmonds Took the Moderna Vaccine
Finally, the most comprehensive video I have seen on why the COVID vaccinations are troubling comes from Dr. Simone Gold- the Truth about the CV-19 Vaccine
The following is a graph of 929 patients who died after receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, according to the National Vaccine Information Center, as of mid February:

Update 4-15-21
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has reported that roughly 5,800 people who received a coronavirus vaccine still ultimately came down with the disease anyway, according to CNN. Of those 5,800, 396 of them (roughly 7 percent) were hospitalized. Out of that number,74 of the vaccinated people died. Since 1.4% of unvaccinated people die of COVID and 1.23% of people who get vaccinated and still catch the disease die of COVID, how effective are these vaccinations, really?

Update 4-16-21
Pfizer announces that people will 'likely' need a third dose of a Covid-19 vaccine within 12 months of getting the first two vaccinations. Then annual shots. Originally Pfizer said two shots would do the trick. Apparently, they didn't know what to expect which points to how experimental these vaccines are.

Facebook just removed a popular group where members would post stories about alleged negative COVID-19 vaccine side effects. The group, “COVID19 VACCINE VICTIMS AND FAMILIES,” had over 120,000 followers when it was shut down and had been gaining more than 10,000 followers per week.
