If you are concerned about the effects of pornography on men, women and their families, you are not alone. The state of Tennessee has become the fourth state to declare porn a public health crisis, passing a resolution with seven affirmative committee and floor votes.
The bill was sponsored by Tennessee Senator Mae Beavers in the Senate, Representative Terri Lynn Weaver in the House, and Senator Ferrell Haile signed on to co-sponsor. The National Decency Coalition partnered with lawmakers for more than two years to work on the passage.
