The plumper comes in ten colors for $23 per gloss and creates a cool, tingling sensation. This is said to plump lips up to 37% fuller.
I didn't notice a big difference in size, but the plumper did make me feel a "buzz" on my lips. It was not unpleasant and may have plumped them a little. I definitely achieved better results and certainly much more permanent results with the Lip Serum and Micro-Needle Roller.
