A dozen or so women gathered at the beautiful Brentwood home of Cindy Smith to learn about the latest innovations in skin care and why they should leave aging to the wine and cheese. While many things improve with age, skin does not usually improve over time, but there are some steps to take to fight and remove the signs of aging.

Why Not Leave Aging to the Wine & Cheese?
There's nothing better than an aged fine wine or delicious wheel of gouda cheese, but that doesn't mean we should let our body and skin age faster than they should. When it comes to aging, I say leave it to the cheese and wine!
If you want a healthier, more youthful body, eat right, exercise and get plenty of water and sleep.

Deaf twins going blind opt for suicide by euthanasia
Marc and Eddy Verbessem, identical twin Belgian brothers, were born deaf. The pair, aged 45, discovered the were going blind and decided they did not want to live if they could not communicate with each other. Their euthanasia story just came to light on Jan 15.
